Made using small volumes of Pinot Noir.
A very elegant sparkling wine with beautiful floral notes and a perfumed bouquet. Lots of lovely bright red fruit character; red apples, cranberries and redcurrants. The carefully managed small old french oak element gives texture and weight, creating a lovely mouthfeel with lots of structure. Natural acidity, perfectly balanced with a wonderful, long, fresh finish.
Small batch; just 1982 bottles produced. (Only 500 currently available).
Traditional method. 26 months on lees.
Beautifully crafted; grown without chemicals or herbicides.
