Delivery Information
Brindiwell uses a third-party logistics partner for warehousing, order fulfilment and delivery.
Currently Brindiwell Wine can be delivered to UK Mainland postal addresses only. If you live outside of Mainland UK and would like to buy our wine, please get in touch to see if we can help.
Our standard delivery charge is £10.
(We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on case orders of 6 or 12 bottles).
Delivery Address
Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order. This is essential as we won’t be held responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect details.
Also, please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If this is not possible, please provide a safe place for delivery. But please note, that if the package is left, it is at your own risk; the ideal situation is always a personal delivery address, whether this is home, with a neighbour, or a workplace.
We will also ask for contact phone number in case of delivery problems.
If for any reason delivery of your order is not accepted, or our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order on time because you have not provided appropriate delivery instructions, your order will be returned to the warehouse.
We will then contact you to offer: re-delivery, or a refund minus our standard delivery charge.
Delivery Times
After your order has been confirmed, our delivery partner will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within 3 working days but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
